Sending sensor data from LoRa device to Oracle Cloud via The Things network

INTRO

We are going to configure the integration between The Things Network and Oracle Cloud. For that purpose we have a LORA device (RAK Developer Kit 2 -Weather Kit-) with temperature, pressure, humidity and light level sensors.

NOTE: This integration is pretty similar to this one.
